Husqvarna is looking for a trainee within the Project Manager office who will be based in Huskvarna, Sweden, for the first assignment. You will be part of an international 2-year trainee program, which offers four 6-month rotations, including one assignment abroad, combined with relevant training modules. All trainees will receive a permanent employment at Husqvarna Group.
You will be employed as a member of the Husqvarna Group's team from day one. Upon completion of the program, our ambition is to assign you to a key position within Project management. This is a huge opportunity for the trainee to be part of an international company to work with exciting and new projects and execute them all by her-/himself.
The results of the Trainee's work will be noticeable in the organization since he/she will have great responsibility. We especially welcome female applicants.
Department and role
Project management Office is responsible for taking cross functional ownership of all product projects within the Husqvarna Brand Division (HBD). Making sure to deliver projects with the right scope, right cost and right quality. Our Project managers lead all major Product Development projects within the HBD - from project proposal to closure.
You have the possibility to impact the business result as you as a project manager are fully responsible to secure that we deliver the project to the market as predestined and calculated.
You also have a great opportunity to operate in an international context and drive result throughout the organizations different units and functions.

• Master in Science or Business Management (in any engineering area).
• Newly graduated (maximum work-experience 3 y.)
• Relevant work experience during studies
• International experience during University studies
• English, fluently both spoken and written
• Mobility is important both during and after the program
