What will you do?
We are now looking to hire an IT-talent - a Junior Business Engagement Manager - who loves to provide customer experience and maximizing efficiency and would like to work with a collaborative and inspiring team across the globe. It is an extraordinary time within Husqvarna where the digital transformation continues to accelerate - and you will support the digital change we now are facing.
As part of the Global Information Service team, you will be working in close cooperation with stakeholders from sales, after sales, marketing and digital commerce as well as other Business Engagement Managers within our company, to help shaping the direction within the digital area, as well as supporting future innovations. This position combines strategic IT-work with business development and you will, together with your skilled colleagues, be working proactively to introduce ideas based on new technologies and to drive business transformation. You will also be managing day to day aspects of business engagements, which also includes coordination of small project teams, in order to implement new functionalities and services. Project portfolio management and backlog demand management will also be part of your responsibilities.
Who are you?
To be successful as a Junior Business Engagement Manager, the following capabilities and experiences are required;
Education: Minimal bachelor's degree. (Preferred Field of Study: Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or Business Degree).
Engaged, self-going and structured
Excellent communication and networking skills
Good analytic, problem solving and project management skills
Since we are working within a collaborative environment, you should be a team player and an enthusiastic learner, keen to keep updated with not only industry best practices but also our internal way-of-working.
Location
We have offices in Huskvarna, Jonsered and Stockholm. Our work base is mixed - we work from home, from office and travel to our other sites within Sweden. It is expected that travel abroad will be required for some projects.
