Mölnlycke is now hiring a Global Total Reward (Senior) Specialist to our People Function. In this role you will drive, support and administer multiple processes within Compensation & Benefits at Mölnlycke, such as the global cash and recognition programmes; including salary management, salary review, budgets, short- term bonuses, plan design, cost modelling, market analysis, benefits, employee recognition and mobility programs. The Global Total Reward (Senior) Specialist will navigate reward trends to identify opportunities linked to our global total reward offer with the aim to attract and retain employees across all Mölnlycke markets. You will also be supporting the people community on total reward policies and processes.

We are open to applications from across Europe as this role can be home based across Europe, or at any of our European hubs with a hybrid setup.

Amongst other, your key accountabilities will be to:
Administer and support the Performance Excellence Process (Annual Salary Review cycle and Short-Term Incentive Plans). The Global Total Reward (Senior) Specialist will have an in-depth knowledge about the complete Performance Excellence Process and will together with the Global Total Rewards team manage the day-to-day operation and execution.
Conduct job evaluations for senior positions.
Coordinate, administer and support with intra-group cross-border moves of employees and external candidates, in line with existing Global Mobility policies.
Support with the global salary planning process and the annual update of pay levels across Mölnlycke's countries.
Support the work for a harmonized total reward practice and offering, in line with the total reward strategy, across all countries.
Support the work with forecasts, analysis, materials, and recommendations on compensation programs to business and senior stakeholders.
Provide training, guidance and consultation to the people community and other stakeholders on total rewards and Performance Excellence topics.

What you'll need
A few years of professional experience of working with total rewards in a global context (5 years) , preferably also having experience from coordination of global annual salary review cycles and variable pay programs.
University degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law or similar.
Full professional proficiency in English, both in writing and verbal.
Demonstrated experience working in global matrix organizations.
Experience of maintaining and working in HR systems, preferrable SuccessFactors as well as Excel.
Able to execute complex and/or specialized projects and activities within the area of total reward, along with contributing to development of new total reward policies and processes.
Good written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
An action-oriented personality, one who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to get things done, while remaining a collaborative team player.
