About the job:

This is a full-time consulting assignment that lasts for 5 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Polarium. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist your main task is to manage global customers and queries related to the after sales process, such as; Technical Support, Claims, RMA, Warranty, Repairs, Troubleshooting, Data monitoring, Installation coordination, Spare Part orders. You'll also be interfacing with the 2nd line repair team for all their repair jobs on the field. If needed, you'll be in contact with the R&D department to suggest improvements regarding the product.

As of today, you'll be the second person in the global support team. This means you'll have a key position in the team, and you'll be responsible building and improving knowledge database and ensuring SLA are met while working with process and routine improvements.

Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:

• Experience from working with technical support in a product company, B2B
• Experience from working with international customers
• Very good understand of hardware issues and understanding of software in a hardware content
• Excellent English communication skills

Merit:
• Experience from the telecom and/or electrical industry
• Knowledge of lithium batteries and the telecom energy

To succeed in the role, you are motivated by acting problem-solving with an interest and ability to immerse yourself in complex problems. You have a logical approach, prefer to trust data and tackle problems from an analytical perspective. Furthermore, as a person, you are curious, and you are motivated by starting and driving projects forward with an interest of learning new things. Finally, we see that you have a great interest in doing good for the planet!
