The Parts & Services division (PSD) provides a broad range of services with the aim of maximizing customers' productivity. We focus on spare parts supply, professional service, support solutions and training. The divisional headquarters are in Örebro, Sweden, and the distribution centers are in China, Sweden and the United States.

Your mission
As Global Technical Service Engineer you will play a key role in the contribution to the product portfolio success by securing competence in our Customer Centers (CC) and provide field information to drive continuous product improvements. You will work with field support such as field testing, customer technical support, conduct technical training and perform commissioning.

In this role you will get the opportunity to meet people and get to know different cultures. You will drive the quality improvement work in cross functional forums focusing on continuous product improvements and play a key role in the contribution to the product portfolio success by securing competence in our CC 's around the globe.
Your profile
We are looking for a person with a helpful and humble attitude, sense of urgency and willing to walk the extra mile. You have good organizational and planning abilities, effective communication, and presentation skills as well as solid trouble shooting skills. You have good technical expertise and experience working with tunneling and mining drilling equipment, good computer literacy and good report writing skills where the English language is an essential part.
We believe you have a technical education, preferably on bachelor university level combined with some relevant practical experience from mining and construction industry/equipment.

If you are, you are well on your way! You must be a driven person, as there is a lot of personal responsibility for your own role. It is an advantage if you have previously worked close to one of our rig models.", says Olle Franzén, Service Engineer Underground Drilling.

Location and travel
This position will be in Örebro, Sweden and the role may require periods of extensive international travels.
