Overview
We are looking for a Global Technical Innovation Manager for our Feminine Care team in the Global Hygiene Category.
As a member of the Feminine Care team, you will contribute to continue driving strong growth for our category globally, taking it to new heights!
In your position, you will contribute to the overall innovation strategy, with focus on Period Care, in the technical area. You will work in partnership with your Global Brand Innovation peers and will report to the Global Brand Director Feminine Care located in Ismaning (Germany)
This Global Technical Innovation Manager position will be located in Gothenburg (Sweden)
Main Tasks
Contribute to and implement the brand innovation strategy for Period Care, with focus on the technical area
Help identify new territories and gaps Vs competition that enable to fuel the innovation pipeline and build the brand in accordance to our brand pyramid and brand architecture
Partner with Brand Innovation Team, Lab, R&D, Technology, Insights, Packaging and Lead Markets to secure a solid long-term innovation plan, with winning concepts, winning claims and winning packaging.
Co-lead projects through all stages of the funnel in partnership with Brand Innovation peer.
Assess technical feasibility of the project, Own the requirement spec and Agree mandatory parameters for the article
Secure alignment with R&D, Technology and Manufacturing (Suppliers).
Work closely with the commercial teams in lead markets to prepare for launch.
Support Business Units sales and profit growth
Key Competencies
Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in technical product development in a multinational environment
Ability to bridge and balance technology criteria with commercial/business requirements
Project management and networking skills
Proven ability to work in multi-cultural and multi-functional teams
Superior English speaking and writing skills.
Strong personal communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, has passion
Ability to travel
