We are searching for our next Specialist with process and system expertise within Talent & Performance to join our Global Center of Excellence HR, who can focus on creating the best conditions for talent and high performing employees in the organization.

Your mission
As Global Talent & Performance Specialist, you will report to the Manager Global Center of Excellence HR and contribute with your expertise in Talent & Performance to design global HR processes to maximize business performance in accordance with Epiroc values and business needs.
In close collaboration with team members around the world and internal HR stakeholders, you will proactively drive the Talent & Performance area - including setting a strategic direction and roadmap for the process; short-, mid- and long-term.
Some of the things you will focus on in this role is:
* Continuous improvements creating the best possible experience in Talent & Performance systems and processes, through simple and easy-to-use solutions enabled by digitization and agile methodology.
* Proactive market trendspotting that you will translate into suitable business implementations, to increase business value.
* Manage and maintain relevant applications in SAP Success Factor.
* Identify and develop Key Performance Indicators, as well as state-of-the-art data analytics.

Your profile
Key to success in this position is your strong sense of ownership, combined with a business mindset. You are used to a project-based way of working with great organization skills and you thrive on continuous improvement and innovation.
You need a bachelor's degree in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar. You have extensive experience working as an HR specialist in Talent & Performance. You must have knowledge in related processes, but also some knowledge in related systems and data flows.
You have previous experience in change management, as well as digitalization and automation initiatives. Apart from being a great communicator, you enjoy networking and building relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders. Fluency in English, both in speech and writing is a key requirement

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden, however for the right candidate we may consider an alternative location within the CET time zone. Occasional travel is required.
