Who are you? To succed we believe that you have experience within Talent Manager and covering strategic and implementation, with a solution focus. Someone who are creative, pragmatic and able to drive change on international and cross functional level.You are excellent in communication - and presentation skills and with the ability to build trustful relationships. The key to success is that you enjoy finding new ways of working and solving problems. About the job This is a new role in Alfa Laval and you will have great opportunity to influence and develop it.As a Global Talent Manager, you will implement a global talent strategy for Alfa Laval, enabling the sustainable growth of the business by ensuring that we attract and develop the most talented people with the greatest competences in our industry. You will work closely together with the Head of People Development and with senior business leaders to understand the business strategy to help them align talent, culture, and capabilities to support both short and long-term. You will be the speaking partner when it comes to competence development needs and implementing common ways of working.The position will be based in one of our sites in Sweden or Denmark and reports to the Vice President HR, People Development.What's in it for you?We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value.
