The Global Talent Acquisition Project Manager (GPM) is a permanent position based on-site with a very interesting global corporate technology client. You would be part of the recruitment team Leading Global Recruitment projects for a specific Business Unit. Position Description: The GPM will be managing global strategic projects, within a specific business area, ensuring the needs of the business and regional recruitment activities are aligned and that the end to end recruitment process is delivered effectively. This is a very appealing role for someone who wants to remain hands on in recruiting while remaining close to the business and driving recruitment delivery for critical global projects. The ideal candidate will coordinate recruiters across the globe, who will be in charge of the actual delivery of open positions. The GPM will liaise with the executive leadership team, Global TA, Region TA as well as the HR Leadership Team on all recruitments and will be responsible for driving global recruitment projects and its reporting. These projects are considered critical core competency recruitments for our client to drive their business forward and are highly visible in the organisation. A global project can be initiated because a critical growth area has been identified and critical competencies are required in order for the business to reach its targets - OR - because the Business Unit Executive Leadership Team (ELT) has decided to hire a certain number of people with core competencies that the business is missing These projects are highly critical and visible; they are regularly monitored and the GPM is responsible for making sure that positions are filled in a timely manner with highly qualified candidates. Each global project consists of a number of positions where the hiring locations are identified beforehand or to be decided when a suitable candidate is found. The GPM will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered in a timely manner. In doing so, she/he will be liaising with the different regional dedicated recruiters managing the requisitions and will act as the main point of contact for any escalations and issues that may arise. Furthermore, the GPM will have regular contact with the ELT updating them on the progress of any hiring initiative making sure they feel confident the vacancies will be filled timely and efficiently. In addition, the GPM might be directly responsible for senior and critical positions and is expected to ensure that agency expenses are kept to a minimum. Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Managing global strategic recruitment projects, within a specific business area of the client - Responsible for ensuring recruitment projects are delivered in a timely manner - Ensuring there is alignment between the needs of the business and different regional dedicated recruiters, ensuring the end to end recruitment process delivery. - Responsible for driving the global recruitment projects and its reporting - Regularly have contact with the Business Unit Executive Leadership Team reporting on progress. - Liaising with the Global TA, Regional TA as well as the HR Leadership Team on all recruitment updates. - Might also be directly responsible for senior and critical positions

Utbildning och erfarenhet
Essential Qualifications and Experience: - Proven, relevant experience of working as a recruitment consultant in the Swedish market (in-house/agency). - Experience of Direct Sourcing gained preferably in the technology sector - Project Management experience running international initiatives - Excellent communication skills - Use effective communication techniques to build strong relationships with Hiring Managers, Key Stakeholders - Demonstrable advising and consultative Client Management skills - Business standard English
