Roxtec IT today covers operations and support for all the 20 companies in the group, worldwide.
The department is based at its headquarters in Karlskrona, from where systems are maintained and developed which are all systems from ERP to web- and other special applications.
Roxtec IT work in a modern environment that uses a mix of open source and Microsoft based solutions.
Global System Administrator
We?re currently seeking a Senior Global System administrator with focus on Windows server and active directory. Roxtec is providing our own cloud solution to our users whereby also knowledge in VMware is of interest to us.
The position includes responsibilities for development, support and maintenance of our global portfolio of Windows servers, Databases and collaboration platforms.
Today we are more than 20 subsidiaries around the world, which means contact with employees all around the world. Some travelling is part of the position.
Qualifications
You have a broad and documented experience in IT, with clear focus on windows server administration.
Knowledge in database administration, such as MS SQL, MYSQL and Oracle, together with basic knowledge of SQL languages, PHP and storage are all seen as an advantage.
A prerequisite for success in this position is that you are fluent in English and Swedish verbally and in writing since you come to work with many contacts on a global basis.
