THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a Global System Administrator with main focus on Office 365 and Active Directory. You should have broad general knowledge within IT, good technical skills and a proven background in your areas of knowledge. The role will primarily be to ensure that Office 365 and all its components are configured, used and maintained in the best possible way.
The Roxtec IT department covers operations and support for all the 27 companies in the group, worldwide. The IT department is based at the Roxtec headquarters in Karlskrona, Sweden, from where all systems, from ERP through to other special applications, are maintained and developed.
Areas of responsibility:
Technical maintenance and implementation of features within:
• Office 365 including security features (e.g. AIP, MFA, ATP): Skype for business, Teams, Sharepoint, OneDriveMicrosoft AD (Azure and on-prem)
• DNS & DHCP
• Exchange on prem
• Ensure continuous improvements within the area
• Be the primary contact for hardware/software vendors in the area of expertise
• Make sure we follow standard ITIL processes for the services you provide
BACKGROUND
You have a broad and documented experience within IT with focus on O365 and AD. It will be a merit if you also have experience within Database (MS SQL), IT security in general, Windows Server, Citrix, Cloud solutions and integrations, and ITIL.
You will be in contact with colleagues all over the world and some travelling is part of the position. A prerequisite for success in this position is that you are fluent in English and Swedish verbally and in writing.
