Sectra's sales support team is growing and we are looking for a new colleague who is passionate about technology and eager to work with advanced and complex IT systems. At Sectra, you will be given challenges and meet colleagues who will help you develop - both professionally and personally. As a global system administrator, you will be part of our global sales support department in Linköping, where a strong focus on customer satisfaction is required.
You will be responsible for our CRM system, Dynamics; primarily for work related to sales, but not limited to some marketing related work. In addition to Dynamics, you will also be responsible for the content and quality of our procurement management and response tool, Qvidian. As the hub of the sales organization and a key contact for all users, this is an excellent opportunity to familiarize yourself with our entire organization.
This is a full-time position located at our head office in Linköping.
In this position, you will:
Provide internal service and user support and ensure that system users receive assistance and are able to carry out their day-to-day work easily and smoothly.
Further develop and improve use of the Dynamics tools, mainly with respect to sales but also keeping an eye on the overall picture for the entire organization, and take part in the efforts to make the most of the opportunities available.
Provide guidance to and assist management in reporting sales figures and other relevant data that is important to the entire organization.
Further develop and design solutions for the processes defined in our tools.
Serve as a contact with external partners and our internal IT department.
Undergo training in, and monitor trends related to, Dynamics as a platform.
Be actively involved in the management of price lists and products in our systems, as well as take part in and lead the design of new configurations.
Develop training programs and provide training in how to use the system.
Lead and manage work related to proposed changes in the areas for which you are responsible.
For this position, the following requirements apply:
A master's degree in engineering or science.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Responsible with good communication skills.
You must be comfortable working in teams and have a strong drive to achieve your goals.
You must have a flexible mindset and be able to adapt to the current circumstances.
Tech-savvy with an understanding of how data-based systems function.
Service-minded and helpful - you should be perceived as being accessible. People should feel comfortable asking you questions and you should feel a sense of responsibility to respond, "Just call me anytime."
Interested in teaching.
Ability to say no and ask why - this is very important when too many demands are made.
Social and good at teaching and explaining things.
Ability to work independently, but also enjoy meeting new people. A drive to help solve problems and support success.

Speak more languages than those required above.

Have experience of other cultures.
Ability to write Javascript is a plus.
