Role mission
In this position you will have the opportunity to run a global support operation and its related processes, you will have the responsibility to secure that we deliver premium support to all Volvo Groups workshops globally. To do this, you will work across many different areas to develop synergies and secure a consistent premium level of service for support. You will have a strong collaboration with many support organizations across the group to guarantee the full support chain. You will also collaborate with the different brands to propose, prepare and own the support level agreements (SLA).

As global support manager for Aftermarket Technology you have overall functional responsibility for the Technical Support Center (TSC). You will set the strategies and targets to develop the daily operation thereby securing the business and customer needs.

You will also have the important role to secure that data and statistics from support cases are transferred back to the organization in order to secure stable long term quality of the products.

Your Key Responsibilities
Lead the global Technical Support Center operation
Secure global coordination & strategies
Set up structures to secure a close cooperation to front and back offices to secure the support chain
Secure global quality and delivery related to support cases sent to Aftermarket Technology
Lead and follow up development of the global support including processes, deliveries & KPI's
Support tool implementation and optimization (Argus)
Plan and implement new areas of support and products releases through involvement in Product Development and process project

About us
As a Global support manager within Aftermarket Technology, you will part of a very passionate team!
Today, the Technical Support Center (TSC) organization is international and has six team members located in Gothenburg, Bangalore, and Curitiba. We also work closely with an external supplier. Support case handling is today outsourced to company with additional teams of support coordinators who are led from TSC. Our supplier has teams in Europe and Asia.

Strong Aftermarket and Workshop knowledge
Excellent communication skills/Fluent in English
Ability to see the big pictures, and make priorities
Ability to set and work with measurable targets
Strong negotiation skills
Experience from working with external suppliers
