Description
Are you a driven, analytical and process oriented leader with excellent communication skills?
We are looking for a leader within our Supply Chain Organisation who will work in a high-speed international environment. You will enter into a global role with an extensive and international network. You will work closely with all our clusters, driving global alignment and coordination.
This position will be based in Lund and have two direct reports.
Main responsibilities
• Global strategies and implement global projects to optimize supply planning for Packaging Material, Additional Material and Base Materials
• Global Process Driver OFPM Planning Process. Drive improvement of planning process and tools such as sales & operations planning, inventory optimization methods and replenishment process improvement
• Drive global inventory optimization, monitor performance and drive global deployments, analysis and action plans to achieve targets
• Lead the cluster planning network. Drive synchronization of demand and supply, to optimize the use of resources including production, logistics and working capital, synergies in planning operations
• Member of WCM Supply Chain Master Pillar
Qualifications
You use your excellent communications and networking skills to manage relations in a co-operative, diplomatic and successful manner. Focus on goals and processes will be very useful in this role combined with deep WCM knowledge.
You are result oriented and enjoy driving activities in a global environment. You have a Master of Science in Engineering and find it easy to work in a multicultural environment.
To be successful in this position you need to be a self-motivated and flexible with a analytical mindset. You are an excellent communicator with a strong drive for result. Your English is fluent both written and spoken.
