Mölnlycke is now looking for Global Supply Network Planner.
In this role you will plan and manage the supply chain in such way that supports optimization of the global supply chain performance and ensure product availability.
You are responsible for meeting customer needs by developing robust and feasible planning and providing clear and reliable information to key stakeholders along the supply chain.
You will work closely with manufacturing, commercial and logistics and report to the Global Supply Network Manager ensuring that the supply plan for the dedicated assortment, is balanced and in line with the global principles.

Customers are at the heart of what we do at Mölnlycke, and it will be your responsibility to;
Set your own network strategy
Creation of constraint feasible plans considering RMs and FGs incl capacity plan in agreement with the factory (e.g. weekly buckets) both during master planning (0-3 months) and MBM horizon (4-24 months).
Involve relevant stakeholders to find solution
Give input to material planning enabling them to lead dialog to suppliers around mid and long term plan
Proactively identify potential supply risks along all horizons and define alternative mitigation scenario (e.g. what-if scenarios).
Define, set and control relevant planning and planning parameters in related systems and applications
Oversee master data quality
Own planning related topics within PIPO process
Ensure proactive, timely and accurate communication to key stakeholders across the value chain to mitigate any risks and facilitate timely decisions as needed.
Give input to S&OP process to make fact-based decisions on operational topics
Influence and lead Commercial and Operations Teams towards alignment of Supply & Demand.
Initiate improvement initiatives to reach targets set in organisation
Creative problem solving for complex Supply Planning Challenges.

If all that sounds appealing then here is what we would like you to demonstrate:
You have the ability to plan and prioritize multiple work activities, identify and resolve complex product demand problems, track and monitor inventory levels of various product lines. You are able to interact with internal customers to identify and resolve operations issues.

Your Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Logistics or related field of study from an accredited college/university is required (or 10+ years of experience in lieu of degree).
5+ years related experience and knowledge of consumer product logistics, intercompany stock transfers, forecasting and inventory planning.
Knowledge of operations management, general business administration, and inventory control procedures.
Rapid Response or other planning system experience highly desired
