hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Global Stock Controller to further strengthen our team.
Your responsibilities
As Global Stock Controller, you will be responsible for Oriflame?s excess inventory reporting and handling; this is a key role to support the global inventory control strategies to avoid over inventory that can impact our financial figures. Collaboration and communication with regional inventory and excess teams, global supply planning and distribution planning teams, global and regional finance representatives and regional commercial marketing is an important component of everyday activities in this role.
Key tasks
Group Excess inventory analysis and reporting (investigate and conciliate reporting differences)
Support regions with necessary information for sales planning (e.g. samples, product availability, discounts, shelf life, lead times)
Collaboration with Global Supply Planning and Global Distribution Planning teams to optimize inventory levels for products under discontinuation and excess
Global discontinuation process support (Excel tool maintenance and continuous improvement)
Endangered inventory analysis and write offs coordination with the regions
Prepare discounted sales and costs for recharges analysis
Support cross-regional cooperation on excess inventory reallocation and discounting
Support components excess depletion and component cost recharges
Master Data maintenance (global discontinuation dates, firm order agreements, inventory statuses) and systems development support
Internal and Cross Departmental Business processes maintenance and improvements
What we are looking for
Qualifications
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Excel is compulsory
knowledge in Integrated Business Intelligence Suite (e.g. IBM Cognos BI) is beneficial but not compulsory
Knowledge in ERP/MRP/DRP systems (e.g. IFS, JDA) is beneficial but not compulsory
At least 1 year experience from supply chain, inventory or business control is beneficial
Fluent in English, additional language skills are welcome
Competencies / Characteristics ?Attention to details and accuracy without missing the big picture
Ability to handle multiple activities or interruptions at once
Sound analytical and numeric skills
Analytical mind-set/ability to visualize, articulate, and solve both complex and uncomplicated problems and concepts, and to make decisions that make sense based on available information
Oriented to results, team work, leadership and efficiency
Self-driven and self-motivated person that is able to work independently and meet agreed deadlines
Sound communicational skills at all levels in a multinational-multi site organization.
