During the past couple of years, Husqvarna has built up a global pricing function that today has tools and project processes in place. To further connect the established corporate function to specific regions and countries (and channels), Group are now recruiting a highly skilled Regional Pricing Manager who will be an important enablers towards local markets. The desired output is to have a country and regional adapted pricing function that supports EMEA performance in a positive way.
The Global Spare part Pricing Manager will be responsible for spare parts and take lead according to the pricing process. In a global and challenging world of both consumer retail sales and professional dealer sales, this position is expected to visibly contribute to the development of the business improved GP. You will work in close cooperation with the Product Management & Development organization and our Sales Operations organizations in Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific and America. This is a highly prioritized function and the Global Spare Part Pricing Manager will report to the Global Price Management Director placed in Stockholm. No personnel responsibility is included in this position.
The key objectives are:
Work according to the pricing strategy for Husqvarna Group with a focus to drive price optimization.
Constantly review the families and logics. Improve/change logic where needed. Goal is to reduce the number of manual reference prices in the system as well as need for manual market prices.
Be responsible for the price management in the price handling system, PHS++ is correctly managed by the involved people
Responsible for that the calculation and management of transfer prices for your specific product category is correct.
Be in charge of the quarterly review of prices, from identifying improvement areas to analyzing and executing the new prices in close cooperation with regional After Sales managers.
Create reports and analysis of spare part sales to support the regional After Sales managers and find room for improvement of the pricing logic.
Make sure that new products are priced.
Be in charge of everyday maintenance of the system PHS++.
Working together with local and central IT and sales management to connect more countries directly to PHS++.
We are looking for you with a University Degree in Business Administration or equivalent. You have several years of qualified experience from Price Management in a sales organization within a large company group with different brands and sales channels. Furthermore, you have a solid understanding of the importance of qualified pricing as an important driver of profitability. You are an experienced user of Excel, Power pivot and Access database. Professional Swedish and English languages skills is a must.
