Who is your future team?
Sourcing is responsible for qualifying, developing and sustaining optimal and high-performing supplier base from sustainability, quality, technical and commercial point of view. Establishing, leading and executing commodity- and component purchase strategies throughout the whole product life-cycle are also some other important tasks. We are a team of skilled and dedicated professionals that are greatly contributing to our company's success!
What you'll do here as Global Sourcing Manager?
As Global Sourcing Manager at Axis you will lead a team with strategic, tactical and operational responsibility to ensure maximum contribution from our supplier base technically and commercially. In this role, you will have personnel, resource and budget responsibilities.
Together with your team and your peer 's you will also be responsible for:
* Building and strengthening collaboration with our internal and external partners
* Departments agenda for proactive risk management
* Ensuring right costs on materials and components within area of responsibility
* Setting goals and development plans for department and individuals

We are looking for a leader with a solid record of accomplishment in leading relevant areas for the role, both strategically and operationally. You collaborate well with others and are curious to learn and develop while contributing to happy customers and the success of Axis.

You are used to work in a fast paced and growing environment, have a flexible attitude but with a structured approach when putting plans into actions. You have a business-oriented mindset, with the ability to balance strategic and tactical responsibilities.

* Previous management experience with a track record of promoting a productive and developing work environment.

* A relevant education in the field
* An ability to build and sustain strong trusting collaborative internal relationships
* Fluent English skills
The role will be based in Lund. Travel will be considered a natural part of the job. You will in this role be reporting to the Director of Global Sourcing.
