THE ROLE As Global Solution Marketing Manager, you will take a leading role in the transformation of Axis from a product-centric company to a solution-centric company.

Your area of responsibility will be our Enterprise Solutions - a broad portfolio of security and safety solutions for large customers, spanning from access control and large-scale video to emerging technologies such as facial recognition.

Your role is to understand the needs of various customer groups, how they benefit from our solutions, and then apply the right strategy, messaging and channels to connect the right customer with the right solution.

As Axis is a global company, you will work with our regional subsidiaries, supporting them in executing their marketing programs. In parallel, you will work globally to drive new marketing initiatives to launch new solutions and optimize our marketing of existing ones.

You will be part of a small, tight-knit team of like-minded Global Solution Marketing Managers each looking after a specific customer base or solution portfolio. We will inspire you and challenge you - but most often just be there to chat to over morning coffee or lunch. And of course, you will be able to draw on Axis' commercial, marketing and technical experts in other departments. The job involves traveling, approximately 15-25 days a year.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

To be successful, we believe you need to have

Extensive experience (>5 years) from developing target group analyses, marketing strategies and marketing programs Experience from companies with complex offerings and international markets A strong ability to simplify, structure and focus your work Leadership skills and an enthusiastic, sociable personality A passion for marketing
We want you to be fluent in English, particularly in writing. You have a higher education in marketing and if you have copywriting skills it 's a plus. It 's also good if you have knowledge of digital marketing tools, e.g. for marketing automation, digital advertising or social media management. We also want you to have experience from international marketing and developing marketing strategies, segmentation and target group analyses. Also marketing of complex / high-tech products, solutions or services is desirable. If you have experience from companies with a partner-oriented business model it 's a plus.

As a person you are structured and analytical - able to simplify a complex situation into a clear action plan. You have great leadership skills and are enthusiastic, open-minded and sociable.
