Provide integrated pricing vision, strategy and support across functions (Commercial Planning, Product
Marketing, Finance and Regions)
Develop pricing models and input to portfolio management to achieve a higher gross margins and to meet
campaign planning and merchandising needs in order to support our main business model
Work with the regions to translate the strategies into competitive pricing aligned with customers' needs to
achieve higher market shares
To work with the regions and with global functions to implement different pricing initiatives, tactics and
methodologies to meet customer needs
Full support of the management to ensure that pricing objectives are met
Alignment of pricing process with campaign planning process, target setting and budget processes
Transform the remote regional/market pricing functions in to World Class and key business area in the
organization to achieve higher company's profitability.

Undergraduate degree is required; Secondary degree/diploma/certification or a MBA is a plus
10+ years' experience in analysis, marketing, strategy management and pricing management
Experience with pricing of a portfolio above 500 SKUs
Work experience in direct selling, retail or e-commerce industries
Proven analytical, financial modelling and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills, written and spoken
Strong time management capabilities, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and objectives
Creativity to identify business opportunities and strong commercial sense
Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions
Change management skills
Strong sense of initiative and a self-starter who can work equally well in groups or on their own
Results oriented, flexible and willing to work in a multi-cultural, multi-task and dynamic work environment
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
