hela Sverige Oriflame is now looking for a Global Senior Forecasting Manager to further strengthen our team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Owner of Global Forecasting Strategy, Guidelines, Policy's, Processes and KPI 's
Consolidate regional & global forecasts and create one global view of the future product forecast, and handover to supply
Follow up on key performance indicators relating to forecast performance, ensure review of root causes for low performance and that actions are taken to improve for the future
Own and manage the interface with Regional Forecasting teams & Global functions, ensuring adherence to global forecasting policies & processes
Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools and reporting across Oriflame forecasting and demand functions. Build a global center of excellence within forecasting and enable best practice sharing across regions
KEY TASKS
Ensuring Global Forecasting strategy and guidelines implementation within the company
Constant Forecasting process and KPIs improvement by being key Global speaking partner and coach for the regional teams
Owner of Forecasting in Global Integrated Business process
Develop, implement and support new Forecasting methodologies and process
Lead the project for replacement of the old forecasting system/methods by the new one
Lead Global Forecasting system and process Key user community to ensure constant improvement ideas income flow and implementation
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
University Master degree (Business or Engineering)
5+ year experience in Direct selling business in Forecasting function
Proven achievements/track record managing demand planning in business with commercial exposure, preferably in FMCG
Experience in managing strategy and/or project implementation
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Fluent English verbal and in Writing
