• Build strong category and segment knowledge
• Financial follow-up on concepts and launch productivity
• Manage simultaneous projects in accordance with new product development process
• Follow up on market development and consumer insight
• Develop exciting, full-scale launch support material for key product launches in close collaboration with
our Creative Services
• Coaching of more junior members of the team
• University degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Must have a minimum 5 years' relevant Brand Management experience, preferably from an international
environment OR an extensive experience in concept / product development
• Strong branding experience
• Strong strategic marketing experience
• Be creative team player with stellar analytical skills
• Experience in Beauty & Personal Care and direct selling industry
• Be organized, and have exceptional project management skills
• Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated
