Purpose of the Role
To develop and manage a Brand or a sub-category of a Brand, including the corresponding product portfolio and communication campaigns, as well as be the guardian of all brand/consumer touch points. Needs to guarantee alignment and consistency with guidelines, ensure consumer engagement and support brand business KPIs (i.e. Sales, Units, GM% and NPU, brand equity building and regulatory compliance).
What will you do?
Responsible for developing and implementing brand/tier/segment strategy and for reaching brand targets and KPI's.
Responsible and accountable for planning, developing and managing the product portfolio and concepts within the brand/tiers/segment (Annual plans, Input Into long range portfolio plan, Product/brand concept development, Briefs and approvals, Discontinuations, Business cases and pricing).
Responsible for defining pricing- and margin strategy. Responsible and accountable for product pricing index. Accountable for all products business cases and the impact of it in the overall brand / tier.
Develop product concepts, guaranteeing strong and relevant "WHY LAUNCH and WHY BUY", as well as a clear consumer insight.
Support planning and creation of sales support material.
Develop Concept briefs and align them with Regions when necessary.
Accountable for final communication deliverables, guaranteeing effective Toolboxes.
Ensure correct Regulatory assessments and sign off of all materials.
Responsible for managing projects/tasks in a professional, effective and timely manner. Responsible for coaching team members and influence them to reach team targets.

Your background and qualifications
University degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
8- 10 years of experience in the Marketing Area, preferably from an international environment.
• 4 years in Product Development Area.
Preference for Wellness Category experience.
Preferably knowledgeable in Direct Selling Channel.
Be fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is appreciated.
