What's the job about
You lead a team of cybersecurity specialists in operating our global security operations center that is responsible for the detecting and responding to cybersecurity threats, incidents, and challenges. With a holistic view, you also take responsibility for the entire service lifecycle - from strategy and vision to delivery and business as usual operations, subsequent improvements and alterations - enabling us to develop strong and effective cybersecurity capabilities that proactively meet the needs of the organization. The focus of the role is to manage the operation of our global security operations center and make sure it meets business needs over time.
About you
With your insight you understand the value and significance of great cybersecurity capabilities and how they unlock opportunities in the business. You're a customer-focused team leader demonstrating expertise within your area of responsibility, clearly expressing your ideas. With your excellent communication and networking skills, you deliver quality services and build relationships based on trust with co-workers as well as stakeholders. You thrive working in an operational environment where you frequently review the service direction and underlying business needs.
We believe that you require the following knowledge, skillset and experience:
Experience as a leader within the cybersecurity field in large multi-national organizations.
Thorough understanding of industry standards and best practice such as NIST and ISO 27001.
Having worked in- or developed Security Operations Centers in large organizations.
Agile practices and mindsets.
Hands-on knowledge and experience of leading service development and operation.
Relevant IT-degree and/or certifications (ISACA or similar).
Fluency in English, knowledge in Swedish is highly beneficial.
