Job Description
As a Global Service Delivery Manager at AFRY you are responsible for the enterprise solution in your specific area of knowledge. You are working with solutions that are being delivered to 19000+ end users together with our outsourcing service delivery provider. You are responsible for the service delivery as it is outsourced and therefore it is of the highest importance that you are collaborating with several AFRY divisions to make sure the service is delivering business value.
The combined role (SDM & ITIL Process Owner) is responsible for service delivery in the following areas;
Telephony global policies
Mobile phones and mobile subscription management
Landline / IP Telephony / Softphones
Mobile Device Management
Telephony roadmaps and development plans
ITIL Process Owner within IT Global Operations (Problem, Change)
Qualifications
The person we are looking for has:
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or similar.
You have multiple years of hands on experience in field of IT Service Management and IT Outsourcing and excellent IT know-how to be able to operate in the complex environment. You must have good social skills and a responsible and independent way of working. You have extensive ITIL knowledge, are business oriented with a proactive and analytical mindset.
You have interest to work in a high diversity environment and culturally aware- be confident to deal with various nationalities, show understanding and leadership in dealing with cultural differences. The role requires an excellent ability to express yourself, both speech and writing, in Swedish and English.
In addition, we appreciate if you have multiple years background as a IT Technician and have been working operational in a IT operation environment. Knowledge and experience working with Telephony and Mobile Device Management are required as well as working globally. You must have extensive ITIL knowledge and have been working with the Problem- and Change Management processes on a daily basis.
