A strong engineering foundation combined with deep knowledge of procurement and supply chain strategy.
Excellent analytical skills-with ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions.
A structured, forward-thinking mindset with the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
Experience working in global, matrixed environments and leading international teams.
