Job description
Your overall mission as Rocvolt's Global Sales Support Specialist, is to act close to our customer centers and internal stakeholders and be a go to person when it comes to the Global Sales support of Rocvolts products. You will drive overall commercial success for the Rocvolt portfolio, by managing a smooth OTS process, owning, and controlling the rolling forecast demand for all products within our portfolio and working closely with relevant product managers and marketing teams for market intelligence leading to accurate forecasting.
You will work in an open and collaborative manner, ensuring communication is pushed to all stakeholders ahead of demand, and that requests for change assistance from our customers, internal or external are answered efficiently and effectively from within their teams.

Your profile
We believe you have a solid application and technical knowledge and experience in the mining and construction industry. In terms of financial acumen, you possess a good understanding of basic and intermediate financial statements and calculations, which contributes to your ability to make informed decisions.
You are safety-focused, collaborative, and skilled at building relationships and trust. Your strong written and verbal communication skills, coupled with fluency in Swedish and English (and potentially additional languages), enable you to build wide and effective networks, leveraging relationships to drive collaboration and achieve goals.
You have a positive, entrepreneurial attitude and can manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality or schedule. You are highly motivated and hands-on, with a passion for doing things the right way while safeguarding business interests. With a strategic and visionary mindset, you approach your work with a business-oriented perspective, identifying opportunities and aligning actions with overarching objectives.

Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden but other locations close to Epiroc offices might be considered. Ocassional travel (up to 30 days/year) is expected in the role.
The role can be performed in a hybrid way. It is a way of working that offers flexibility and allows for a better balance between work and private life, which also promotes well-being. The exact split between on-site and remote work is up to further agreement.
