Global Sales Support Manager

To further strengthen our Global Sales support team we are searching for a Global Sales support Manager.


Key responsibilities
Compensation Plans and Support Programs
Track, document and evaluate compensation plan mechanics, implementation and support programs to ensure relevance and correct implementation.
Tracking and documentation of different compensation plan mechanics per market.
Tracking and documentation of International Sponsoring mechanics.
Maintenance of Code of Conduct.
Collect the requests, document and share Network Management Principles.
Tracking and documentation of compensation plan support programs (e.g. VIP Customer program, Welcome Program, Manager Growth Program, and Success Plan Parameters (e.g. handling fee, shipping fee).
Develop and support implementation of recognition programs (including pins, letters, emails, diplomas, ranking and bonuses, conferences and meetings).
Gather the competitive information on general development in the industry in network marketing and key concepts and share it with the regions.
Sales Support Tools
Assure that our Consultants, Leaders and ESM are supported by best in class Sales Support Tools both for building business and for selling.
Develop, update and support the regions in the implementation of the Global Sales Support Tools (including but not limited to Skin Care Guide, Colour Cosmetics Guide, Fragrance Guide, Sampling Solutions and Corporate Accessories) together with Marketing and Creative Services.
Develop, update and support the regions in the implementation of the Global Starter Kits (box and contents) and track and evaluate regionally developed Starter Kits.
Gather competitive analysis on the various sales support tools used in the industry, provide the ongoing updates to the team and regions and make recommendations of new developments.
Conduct surveys to evaluate implementation rate of Tools and Trainings.
Hero Sets
Assure that our Consultants, Leaders and ESM are supported by best in class tools, reports, policies and procedures for sales of Hero Sets.
Develop relevant Support Tools.
Reporting of sets performance and follow-up on main KPIs and targets.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed by the regions and markets.
Network Marketing Reports
Support global support offices, regions and markets with relevant and accurate business intelligence reports in the Network Marketing area to drive sales growth.
Owner and Key user of Network Marketing Reports.
Develop and maintain relevant and accurate reports.
Gather regional requests, feedback and improve current reports.
Develop and maintain Dream Express Global KPIs and application and support regions with ongoing reports, tools and best practice.
Qualifications & experience
Requirements

• Higher education in a for the position relevant field (e.g. marketing, commercial engineering, business administration etc)
• Fluent English
• 10 years experience from Direct Sales

Meriting

• Oriflame Experience
• Experience in developing commercial programs
