hela Sverige We have an immediate opening for a Global Sales & Operations Planning Lead who will manage the Sales & Operations Planning cycle for the Levasil product line.
As Global Sales & Operations Planning Lead you will also be responsible for ensuring inputs and analysis are provided and communicated to participants before and after key meetings. In addition you will play a key role in roll out of the Arkieva S&OP toolset and continuous improvement processes associated with S&OP.
The Global Sales & Operations Planning Lead will work closely with Global Marketing & Sales, Regional Sales, Regional Supply Chain Mangers, Production Planning and Internal/External Logistics.
Main responsibilities
• Develop Sales and Operations Plan - Responsible for the delivery of a mid and long term Sales & Operations Plan for the Levasil sites.
• Lead the Levasil global S&OP cycle including Unconstrained Forecast Review, Supply Review, Pre-Executive S&OP and Executive S&OP meetings
• Actively drive to improve planning related activities across the globe, such as forecasting, process change-over reduction, inventory reduction/levelling, reduced scheduling effort and increased production efficiency
• Evaluation of trends to identify potential supply and inflationary risks
• Calculation of key S&OP related metrics
• Maintain Systems and Processes- Support the development, documentation and implementation of global standards for S&OP
• Act as product line lead for implementation of Arkieva planning software
• Communicate plan and report performance- Collection and summarization of inventory forecasts and forecast accuracy
• Monthly collection, analysis and distribution of inventory, forecast and accuracy analysis
• Preparation of presentation materials and supporting analysis for Sales & Operations meetings

This is a permanent position on a full time basis, reporting to the Global Supply Chain Director. It will be based at one of the Levasil production sites in Europe.

• BSc, MBA or MSc in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 5 years' experience in manufacturing (planning and inventory control)
• Strong level computer skills to prepare statistical reports and run optimization programs
• Extensive experience with advanced planning software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to creatively solve problems while maintaining a timely and cost effective approach
• Good organizational and time management skills with an ability to work under pressure
• Customer focused and team oriented
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate across all levels of the organization
• Fluent in English
