hela Sverige Diasend AB is a significant player within diabetes management and communication services globally with activities in the US, Canada, Australia and EMEA. With offices in Gothenburg and Chicago we are now looking to recruit an experienced Global Sales Manager for our growing team.
Diasend has been growing solidly over the past couple of years and we will continue to grow during 2013 with exciting new opportunities ahead.
The Sales Managers role will be to develop and manage marketing plans, implement sales plans and manage a team of engaged and enthusiastic members. Travel is required and we see this role as an essential part of the success for our business with exciting new global developments and expansions.
Principal responsibilities
• Establishing marketing and sales objectives.
• Coach and manage your sales team globally.
• Planning, monitoring and work strategically with the sales team and our strategies.
• Responsible for forecasts and budgets.
• Working proactive with identifying marketing and sales opportunities.
• Contribute with your knowledge and experience to the management team to achieve Diasend targets long-term.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Experience of sales management
• Experience of complex solution sales.
• Experience of successful coaching and leadership of a sales team.
• Experience of working structural with market and sales strategies.
• Experience in the medical device industry or in the field of diabetes is an advantage

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Location
The role will be based at our head office in Göteborg (Datavägen 14a, Askim)
