As our new Global Sales Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for our Gasket Heat Plate Heat Exchangers (GPHE) business in Business Unit Marine Separation and Heat Transfer and be part of the Marine Heat Transfer Management Team. You will have the opportunity to drive the business and be responsible for everything from sales to business optimization and stay in tune with new market developments to ensure that we have the best offering in the market. Further, this is a great international opportunity as the business cover markets all over tage world - and you will have approximately 50-70 travel days per year.

About the job

As Global Sales Manager, you are responsible for driving and optimizing the business, including:
* Driving sales
* Support our local sales companies with customer meetings and business strategies
* Follow-up on sales company performance
* Global Sales forecast
* Implement and follow-up on annual action plans
* Customer price strategy
* Competitor information
* Being involved in new product development and drive Marine GPHE product launches.

About you

You have a university degree with a technical and/or financial background, with a minimum of 5 years work experience from adequate business. Experience from heat transfer technologies and marine or engine power industries are desirable.

You thrive in an outgoing role where you reach out to many parts of the organization as well as engage in technical discussion with customers. You have the ability to sell your ideas - and of course, you have the drive and passion about the business and the products in order to succeed. You really take ownership of the business!

The business environment is highly international, so you have excellent skills in English, both speaking and in writing.
