We are now looking a Global Sales Engineer, North America to join our team.
What will you do?
In close cooperation with the Sales Engineering Team in USA you will drive and develop the Sales Engineering Network in North America. You will assist with the prioritization and follow through of large and complex sales projects where technology and business decisions merge. Together with your peers in the GSE team you will strengthen and run the sales engineers network globally. You will deliver regional and global trainings as an application expert and act proactively as a technical interface to our major global partners. In addition, you will act as a trouble shooter and coordinator to solve complex technical problems.
The role requires approximately 40 days a year.
Who are we looking for?
The person we are looking for have a Bachelor's or Master's degree or similar in a relevant field and more than 5 years' experience within system engineering and at least some years with customer relations. You have several years of technical experience, preferably from the IT industry. Knowledge in Computer Networks is greatly appreciated. We believe that you have documented work with system solutions close to end customers and experience from the project sales lifecycle.
As communication is key you need have good communication and networking skills. You are fluent in English, written and oral. Good knowledge in other languages is considered a plus and broad cross-cultural experience is highly appreciated.
We also believe you to have a technical interest and natural system solution thinking. Taking decisions is something that you feel comfortable with. You are business oriented and have good understanding of project sales cycle.

The Solution Management department is globally responsible for the service offering and technical solutions support. This includes product management for system functions and software, design and coordination responsibility for service and support offerings, project sales support and partner interface in technical and connected strategic matters.
