We're looking for a passionate Global Sales responsible to the Brewery and Beverage group within Business Unit HSS to expand our team.So, what are you going to do today?
Who you are
Business Unit HSS is responsible for the sale of high speed separator (HSS) systems to the Food, Natural Resources & Life Science industries. Applications in focus are brewery, fruit juice, coffee & tea, wine and other beverage and liquid food industries as well as industrial fermentation and pharmaceuticals.

Covering the brewery market
Identify brewery market potential & brewery market trends
Developing and implement strategies to achieve growth targets
Supporting sales companies in the negotiation, supply and delivery of separator systems
Assisting Sales Companies in their market planning, and establishing and achieving their forecast goals
Working closely with R&D on existing and new products
Driving and participating in test work related to the development of new applications or specific sales projects
Participating in the resolution of claims
Expanding and distributing application know-how, internally via training courses, and externally via customer seminars and exhibitions
What you knowWe are looking for a person with a strong commercial interest and experience who also has a solid technical background. Previous experience from food processing industry and more specifically from the brewery sector will be a merit. You are customer and goal oriented with strong communication skills and positive mindset. You can both establish and maintain excellent external & internal contacts and are a team player. You have analytical skills and you are a decision maker. You take own initiatives and motivate others. A part of the work will also involve interfacing with various Alfa Laval functions, such as Sales Companies, Engineering & Supply, Service and R&D, as well as international customers from different countries and cultures.
The position will be located in Tumba and will require regular traveling, around 80 - 100 days per year.
