Mölnlycke are now looking for a Global Rewards Specialist to join the Global Talent and Reward department. In this role you will be a member of the Talent & Rewards team. You will report to the Global Director of Talent and Rewards and be located at the HQ in Gothenburg. Together with your team you will support other HR departments and managers in 35 countries around the world, driving compensation and benefits programmes that drive value and engagement.
Your key accountabilities:
• Job Evaluation/Grading
• Global annual salary review
• Leadership of market surveys
• Production and governance of salary structures
• Benefits
• Compensation and Benefits system support
• System support
• Leadership of global projects
This position requires an university degree and minimum 3 years of experience from working with HR, ideally within a global company. Because we work in a global environment and our colleagues are located all around the world, it's important that you are fluent in English, both spoken and written. You have earlier experience of working with Comp & Ben.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a self driven and solutions-oriented person who adapts easily to change. You have great communication skills, are a true team player and find it stimulating to work with both co-workers, managers and senior management. Further you have strong analytical skills, including the ability to extract, compile and analyse data.
