Global Retail Experience Manager (ref no. 294-1577)
The position
Evaluate results and suggest/drive focus areas to improve Saab customer and dealer satisfaction. Monitor adherence, drive fulfillment and propose updates for dealer standards and guidelines. Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sales training courses.
You work globally in close co-operation with regions and markets responsible for 1.300 retailers in total. Many of your contacts work with several brands why finding synergies is essential but even more importantly safeguarding an optimal Saab customer experience in our dealerships. Travel will be an essential and required part of the job.
Qualifications
We are looking for a person with academic education in Business Administration or Industrial Organisation (M.Sc). You should have field force or retailer experience and preferably at least 5 years experience in the automotive industry in Sales and Marketing functions. You should be fluent in English, both written and verbal.
