You will lead research collaboration efforts with customers and partners of the Cyclotron and TRACERcenterbusiness of GE Healthcare. In particular, focus is on new solutions for cyclotron targets and overallsolutions for production of PET and SPECT radioisotopes and tracers.
Essential Responsibilities:
This position distinguishes itself through research collaboration and high emphasis on new product innovations and analysis requirements. In addition, this position works in close collaboration with the customer research sites, GE Healthcare team, and GE Global research team to, among other things, to investigate, research and develop new product applications and solutions.
Duties include (but are not limited to):
• Lead collaboration with customers in a strong strategic research environment
• Combining knowledge of physics/chemistry/radiochemistry and engineering to deliver newproduct or solution concepts and retire technical risks
• Providing scientific expertise across the whole project and business to move projects andinitiatives forward
• Evaluating and extending new concepts as well as providing innovations which can bedeveloped into new product or solution advantages
• Using broad expertise in physics/chemistry/radiochemistry and engineering to help resolveurgent issues with current products and solutions
• Develop and provide training in cyclotron and TRACERcenter technologies and solutions toexternal and internal customers
• Lead potential GE Healthcare teams associated with above duties

Qualifications/Requirements:
• PhD degree in Physics, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering or related field and/or equivalent experience
• Strong work experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence in a customer focused and collaborative environment
