hela Sverige We are looking for a GRI Analyst to join our Sustainability team at the Thule Group head office in Malmö. As such, you will provide hands on knowledge, analysis, reporting and administration within areas of GRI, Global Compact, Health & Safety and other areas within Sustainability.
You will on a day to day operation handle GRI reporting issues everything from what our scope are, how we collect the right data, how we analyze it and how we communicate it. You will be responsible for ensuring that we report and keep us up to date with the compliance of being participants of UN Global Compact Program; for the H&S reporting tool, analyzing the figures and follow up of decisions. Part of your job will also be to update, follow up and administrate our Corporate Governance Manual as well as collecting information regarding social audits, analyze the result and communicate how we progress. As a GRI Analyst you will also be a source for keeping up with new requirements within GRI reporting and KPI:s.
You need to be proficient in English, Powerpoint and Excel with excellent communication skills as you will be creating reports and well written documents. We trust you have an academic degree with 1 - 3 year experience from working with GRI reporting in either a big stock market company or in a consulting company within the area of Sustainability. You are a self-driven, analytical, extrovert person with a good portion of high energy who will enjoy working in our forward leaning, fast paced environment - always up for new challenges!
