What we offer
Global Mobility is a global organisation divided into three regions, APAC, EMEA and Americas that provides services concerning International Assignments and Global Relocation. We are looking for a person with much energy and fresh ideas to join our Global Mobility team. Your area of responsibility will be International Relocation EMEA, primarily Sweden.
At Volvo Cars you will be an important part of making the future of Global Mobility successful. You will be part of a very engaged and ambitious team that interacts with the whole organization and employees worldwide. The position is based in Gothenburg.
What you'll do
You will actively support and give advice and information to the organization in Global Relocation areas. This includes guiding managers and HR in Global Relocation matters and engage in daily contacts with our stakeholders (employees, suppliers, authorities, managers etc.)
You will also:
* Communicate and present policies and the Global Relocation offers to the organization and the stakeholders.
* Drive pro-active dialogues with Line HR and managers.
* Act as project leader in Global Relocation matters when needed.
* Drive and support continuous improvement and quality assurance internally and with our suppliers.
You and your skills
You have a general understanding of large organizations, their business drivers and key deliverables in order to engage and effectively communicate with key internal stakeholders. This, along with experience of relevant mobility areas such as immigration, employee taxation, social security and/or labour law in an international context, allows you to balance company regulations and the understanding for the employees individual needs. You have a background from similar in-house positions or from consultancy business and an ability to work with all parts of the organization and to develop strong stakeholder relationships.
* Experience in delivering presentations and being a strong communicator.
* Analytical skills and a structured mind-set.
* Ability to work both in teams and independently in a fast pace environment where quick turnaround is key.
* Fluent in English, oral and written.
* Good knowledge of MS-Office and experience from relevant IT-systems, such as SAP.
