Your team
You will be part of our global R&D management team and together we drive our strategic development to the next level. Your teams will support in quality-proofing our sustainable products and solutions for Epiroc underground mining. The role offers several opportunities to future-proof Epiroc's strong position within Underground mining market.
Your mission
Your mission as Global R&D Manager Verification and Validation is to ensure that the Underground Division will remain its competitive and market leading position both short- and long term, by having the strongest Verification and Validation organization and set-up in our industry, optimizing our global footprint, and driving operational excellence within your own units and within the entire R&D organization. You will also ensure that we constantly stay up to date on new technologies, tools and methods making sure they can be implemented as a natural part of our product portfolio development.

Your profile
You have solid experience from leading R&D operations in international companies, long-year background from Verification and Validation and good understanding of virtual testing methods. You have a cross-functional mindset and ability to combine technical and business perspectives.
You are an engaged leader who can lead and modernize the organization during our technical transformation in electrification and automation. You are a team leader, and you can build new ways of working within the unit and together with different stakeholders. You have the ability to drive collaboration between personnel & units in our global organization.
Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden, Örebro. Occasional travel is required.
