Your mission
The mission is to ensure market leading position in our Material Handling core segments. Electrification, Automation and Digitalization, both in short- and long terms by having the strongest product portfolio in our industry.
You will lead the journey to be the industry benchmark in Sustainability in line with Epiroc Sustainability 2030 goals. You will also ensure an industry-best global R&D organization and structure with a clear future vision. Develop mid- and long-term for product & platforms roadmaps for Underground Material Handling segments in line with market portfolio priorities.
Together with Global R&D Management you will plan and execute R&D operative and strategic targets in line with Underground division business needs. Shorten time to market in New Product Development by applying new and agile ways of working and be active and responsive member in the global R&D Management team. In this role you will also develop highly competent and motivated leaders and teams by continuous and responsible feedback, coaching and support.

Your profile

You have experience from leading through leaders and you lead to attract, develop and retain talents for the future with strong managerial and communication skills. You have proven experience from leading global R&D organization.
Location and travel
This position is located in Sweden. Global travel is required to some extent.
