Global R&D and Design Controlling - Business Analyst - Stockholm, Sweden
Global R&D and Design Controlling provides insights on global R&D performance, across all product categories and geographies. We provide financial and business advice on key business planning assumptions and opportunities, with a proactive attitude and consumer-centric approach, in touch with the industry, its players and economic factors.
A day at work:
As Global R&D and Design Controlling - Business Analyst you will:
• Support Controlling team with business planning and review processes, providing analytical and strategic support to internal customers throughout the business
• Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual internal and external reporting schedules as well as automating reporting processes
• Leverage data analytics and visualization tools to deliver insights on operational trends within the business
• Identify inefficiencies to improve business performance and conduct supporting analyses
• Support in calculation of new KPIs and preparation of reporting
• Preparation of cost calculation and cost analysis
• Support in preparation of current reporting
• Support process improvement efforts across the processes
• Assist with other ad hoc tasks to ensure the team manages its deliverables

Education & experience:
The position requires:
• Bachelor's or/and Master's degree on Finance, Business or similar areas.
• Highly proactive and self-motivated team player with great social skills
• Excellence in MS Office suite (especially Excel)
• Tech savvy with strong interest in financial systems
• Strong analytical skills
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
It is a plus if:
• Experience in SAP and Power BI
What you will get from the program:
• Learning experience within 14 months
• Gross salary of SEK 26,500 per month for the first 12 months. The 13th and 14th would be SEK 29,500 gross salary per month
