If so, we are happy to tell you that we are looking for a Global Quality Process Specialist with focus microbiology.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your primary area of responsibilities will be in microbiology and hygiene where your knowledge and experiences will be used in different fields covering design phase to commercial production. As a part of a specialist team, you will secure food safety and food quality when designing new facilities and approving new technologies according to Oatly standard, EU, US, Asia and other local. Together you act as a global support function for technology developments and issue resolutions.

• Continuous development and revision of our Global guidelines
• Secure and participate in installation projects for equipment and new processes both at existing and new facilities
• Contributing in creating a global quality manual, manage and continuously develop it
• Lead and support implementation of global processes and systems
• Risk assessments in Quality areas
• Ensuring compliance with applicable food laws/regulations
• Develop the Oatly quality standard and requirements for Oatly site design together with Global Engineering and Innovation
• Act as a QA adviser in new technology Innovation projects and global initiatives
• Lead or support in trouble shooting/issue resolution from a QA perspective
The position is placed in Malmö and will require some travelling to different manufacturing/supplier locations connected to installation projects or trouble shooting activities.
WHO YOU ARE:
Besides a passion for continuously challenge existing ways of working we believe that you are a committed problem solver with a great technical interest. You enjoy a collaborative environment of change and growth and are motivated by both finding solutions and executing projects. You have a B.S in Food Science, Microbiology or equal and several years of industrial experience in liquid, food or pharmaceutical.
You should be used to applying your microbiological knowledge in areas such as:
• Hygiene risk assessment
• Hygiene design
• Microbiological trouble shooting/ Root Cause Analysis
• Cleaning/ sanitation and sterilisation processes
• Food processing and filling technologies
• QA/QC Procedures
• Design of experiment
