Entering this role as Global Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager, you will belong to the Quality Management team at HVDC and report to Global Head of Quality & CI. The quality team is dedicated to implement a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability in a sustainable way.
In this dynamic and exciting role, you have the overall responsibility to manage the Quality Continuous Improvement way of working in HVDC line organization, which includes a tight connection to the global organization around the world.
You will manage a team of line Quality & CI managers and specialists. It is a diversified role with a wide range of contacts, highly visible in the organization and making your everyday work both challenging and stimulating!
Your Responsibilities:
Empower your team to drive, develop, and implement transformative Quality & Continuous Improvement processes within the line organization, in close collaboration with all managers.
Lead and develop your team resulting in improved quality performance of the organization contributing to a good business result.
Collaborate with the Quality Management team to develop and implement the quality strategy that supports and propels the growth of HVDC.
Continuously monitor, analyze, and take proactive measures to achieve quality targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Ensure quality methods, processes, and tools are applied to support systematic handling of quality issues.
Establish, maintain, and improve Quality Assurance and Quality Control within HVDC.
Perform & support in audits and ensure quality systems and processes are in place.

Your Background:
You are a team player that thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a proactive mindset.
Your exceptional communication skills, combined with a structured and analytical approach, enable you to excel in this role.
You have a proven track record of successfully developing, motivating, and coaching a team. Managerial experience is an advantage.
You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in quality management or engineering, demonstrating your commitment to mastering your field.
You have knowledge of Quality Management, ISO 9001, Process Management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvement, and experience of implementing and driving process management and IMS systems.
Knowledge in 14001, 45001 is considered a plus
