We are currently seeking an inspiring and highly skilled Global Quality Manager Parts & Logistics to lead the quality initiatives in our global organization. As a valued member of the Quality department's management team, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with colleagues and receive support while driving the improvement of quality standards for our spare parts business globally.

This position reports to Quality Manager.
Your responsibilities
The primary goal of the Global Quality Manager is to lead the efforts within customer service to achieve a superior level of quality across all areas, surpassing targets, and enhancing the overall customer experience in terms of deliveries and support
Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Customer Service Quality Strategy to enhance customer satisfaction
Act as a key member of the Management team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving overall customer service excellence
Live ABB 's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business
Your background
5+ years working experience of quality in manufacturing industry or other relevant experience
A university degree in a relevant field
Experience of ISO standards such as 9001, 14001, 45001 is advantageous as you will support the organization during audits
You have a positive mindset and are skilled at inspiring and motivating those around
You are driven and improvement-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and have the ability to make decisions based on a customer perspective
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Good verbal and written Swedish and English skills are required
