THE POSITION
We are currently seeking a Global Quality Manager who will focus on leading and developing our management system. You should have broad general knowledge within quality management, good leadership skills and a proven background in your areas of knowledge. In the role, you will primarily be responsible for the Global Quality and Environment team and ensure the quality work is in line with the company's vision, values and goals.
At Roxtec, we have a web-based quality management system based on our Core Values. The quality management system consists of workflows, routines and instructions that we use actively to maintain and improve the quality of all our activities towards partners and customers, within as well as outside the Roxtec group. We also ensure that all our operations correspond to the latest standards.
Areas of responsibility:
• Lead and develop a team of 3 persons
• Develop and maintain the company's local and global management system
• Establish contact and agreements with external quality organizations
• Be responsible for the company's internal and external audits
• Educate new employees in the quality system
• Support subsidiaries and distributors in quality issues
• Maintain the level of quality in all parts of Roxtec's global organization
• Continuously develop the system for deviation management
• Investigate complaints and initiate appropriate actions
• Collaborate with Global Sourcing and suppliers to improve and maintain our products' quality levels
BACKGROUND
You have a broad and documented experience within quality management. You have several years of experience within leadership and project management. It will be a merit if you have worked in an international environment.
You will be in contact with colleagues all over the world and some travelling is part of the position. A prerequisite for success in this position is that you are fluent in English and Swedish verbally and in writing.
You take responsibility for your own work and stand up for your team. You are curious, social and have a driving force for change. You are organized and focused on high quality. You possess the ability to establish and maintain good relations with colleagues and suppliers. You are open to new ideas and experiences, seek knowledge and handle situations and problems with creativity, but you can also relate to well-known standards and methodologies.
