About the role:
Husqvarna Construction has 8 factories worldwide and each site has their own local Manufacturing Engineering team. Increasing the organization's capabilities within Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Husqvarna Operating System - Lean Manufacturing is of strategic importance. You will be a key player in the team and by drive cross functional projects, spreading best practice, and acting as a taskforce to help the local sites.
Here, you'll have the chance to (among other tasks):
• Lead factory footprint program projects.
• Lead product moves between factories.
• Lead merges of previously acquired companies.
• Coordinate larger projects with other functions within operations such as local sites, Central Manufacturing and sourcing.
You will also lead factory IT- projects, cost and productivity benchmark, cost reduction programs and Products Improvements.
Location: This position is based in Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg. At Husqvarna we use a hybrid working model.

About You:
We see that you are a self-driven team-player with a result-oriented mindset. You possess good project leadership skills and have a service minded and flexible approach. You have a holistic perspective and an analytical mindset, you quickly understand how things are connected and know how to develop and implement the strategies effectively. As this role includes many interactions you need to be good at building and maintaining relationships, have excellent communication skills and be able to adapt to different cultures. You should also feel comfortable to challenge peoples mindsets in order to meet set goals.
We also see that you have:
• University degree in engineering, preferable mechanical engineering or industrial engineering.
• Industry knowledge is desirable
• Experience of SAP S4 is appreciated.
