As Global Program Manager at Tobii Dynavox you will be responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as product owner, marketing and finance, focused on the delivery of a product or program from inception through launch.
Your days will be filled with
Leading projects from start to launch
Working closely with different stakeholders.
Creating and maintaining program plans, budgets and schedules for all product releases.
Following up and handling any regulatory and quality requirements.
Ensuring defined processes are followed and recommending improvements to enhance project success.
You will report to Director of Program Management and be located in Stockholm.

To succeed in this role and with us at Tobii Dynavox, we believe you have.
Proven experience in Program or Project Management.
Experience with WindowsMS Office Suite and project tracking tools.
Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or similar.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
Detail oriented person with great organizational skills.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development framework a plus.
If on top of this you have experience in AAC and/or med-class industry, that is a big plus!
To be successful in this role, you are self-motivated with a natural sense of responsibility to lead the projects. You are a motivator by heart and support your project team to achieve their goals. Together, you are driven to find creative solutions to challenging and exciting project issues.
