Your mission
As Global Program Manager you will work truly cross functional and cross divisional with global interaction. The position will report to the Vice President of Digitalization at the TLD division.
Your mission is to develop and transform a common cross-divisional program roadmap into customer success. The main responsibilities are to drive and synchronize our common roadmap initiatives towards Surface Drilling of the Future. The project is a cross divisional initiative between Surface equipment (SRD), Drilling tools (TLD), Parts and Service (PSD) to package our strengths into a common future state of the art drilling system that includes the drill-string, carrier/drill rig, service, digitalization and automation.
All in all, the mission is to establish and execute a cross divisional program that ensures that we exceed customers' expectations, have new revenues streams from digital products and services and together with the line organizations ensure excellence in implementation to meet the group targets by 2030 and beyond.
Some of the key tasks in the role will be:
* Lead, develop and manage a vital cross-divisional program plan
* Secure progress and align the cross-divisional initiatives included in the roadmap to ensure that we execute and harvest according to plan.
* Coordinate all projects included in the program and provide visibility of progress and funding to the steering committee.
* Work with stakeholders and product organizations as required by the program
* Secure a total solutions approach with a customer centric mind set
* Identify and execute quick commercial wins,
* Create revenue streams from digital products and services
* Total solution approach with existing prioritized drilling systems including digitalization.
* Develop a new productivity driven business model and create revenue streams from digital products and services
Your profile
To succed in this position your probably an early adapter and have a good understanding of an agile development process, digitalization, and new technologies. You are market oriented, customer centric and understands the value in time to market. You have experience of successfully leading complex projects in an international environment. You have an entrepreneurial state of mind and a collaborative spirit with the ability to communicate on all levels.

You valuate and understand the importance of a diverse team that with the right competence, learning culture, knowledge and abilities can move mountains! As a person you are a fast learner with the ability to create success in different cultures and environments. You have a technically knowlege and knows how and when to ask the right questions

Location and travel
The location of the position will be in Fagersta or Örebro, depending on the preferences of the final candidate. Travel is based on business needs. It can be possible to work remotely for part of the time.
