Job Summary
SCQ (Service Quotation) is a key system for our dealer. The Global Product Specialist provides expertise and feeds the system with relevant data to help our dealers around the world to size and price their maintenance and repair work on the most relevant way.

Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for supporting dealer with masterdata management for SCQ
• Responsible for setting up user access
• Responsible for relase planning and communication to regions and dealers
• Responsible for handling of print-out templates
• Responsible for business support, trouble shooting and monitoring of support mailbox
• Responsible to maintain user manual
• Collaborate with the regions to capture change needs
• Participate in testing of new releases
• Represent VCE in run-time forums within AB Volvo

Competences
• Higher Degree in system administration or similar
• Experience with complex data-systems & process flows
• Experience in document handling processes
• Education to University Degree level, preferably engineering or business
• Experience to work in geographically diverse cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English (spoken/written) required, Chinese is a benefit
• Analytical and structured mindset
• Good communicator, self-confident, customer oriented, persistent
• Self-starter, takes initiative.
• Have ability to deliver against set targets and a ?can do? attitude
• Ability to establish and develop relations with other units within VCE and partners and customers
• Customer focus
