We are currently looking for a Product specialist to join our inspiring and innovative team within Parts & Service division. This role will be part of the "Custom Engineered Solutions (CES), Midlife Services and Battery conversions" team where your colleagues are representatives at each hub around the world. The product line mission is to support circular economy by offering world-class services for existing fleets; extending machine lifetime and performance through innovation and smart solutions. The function operates on a global level to ensure that the organization has the tools needed to be successful. Your mission
The product line including the products Custom Engineered Solutions (CES), Midlife services and Battery conversions is growing. We are now looking for a Product specialist to be part of the journey to grow the business further and support our customers.
As the Product specialist it's your overall mission and responsibility to be the expert in our products from a marketing perspective. You will manage and maintain our customer center relations and pricing of our offerings. That includes to work with requests, quotes and orders towards customer centers and act as a project leader for new product development towards the other functions. You will be the driver of continuous improvements in the product such as quote and order process through tools and follow-up with functions within the division.
As the Product Specialist you will manage and be a strong member in cross functional teamwork during the order process together with other stakeholders. Preparing visits to customers and/or their customer centers to support developing our product line.
You will work together with and close to sourcing, engineering, parts preperation and pricing and our distribution center to ensure the product offering is competitive.

For this position we believe you have a university degree in relevant fields such as Engineering, Mining, Business or similar competence developed through working experience.
We believe you have some working experience in a comparable position as a Product specialist, Business developer or similar. You know what executing business development activities is all about and enjoy working with it.
As our corporate language is English, verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
